After90 was founded by Lucas de Sa, a qualified football coach and performance analyst with experience in player development and competitive football.

Lucas combines his coaching experience with specialized education in performance analysis, opposition analysis, talent identification, scouting, and advanced reporting.

​

His mission is to help ambitious players gain a deeper understanding of their performances and use that knowledge to improve.

UEFA C Youth/Adult License

Qualified to coach and develop players across youth and adult football environments.

Performance Analyst

Ocean City Nor'easters – USL League Two

Experience working in a competitive football environment and supporting performance analysis.

PFSA Certifications

Lucas is certified by the Professional Football Scouts Association (PFSA) in:

  • Opposition Analysis II

  • Talent Identification Scout I

  • Talent Identification Scout II

  • Advanced Reporting Analysis III

After90 was co-founded by Gregorio Prazeres, a football coach with strong experience in youth player development, competitive football, scouting, and game analysis.

Gregorio brings a coaching-focused perspective to performance analysis, connecting what happens during a game with the technical, tactical, and decision-making demands of the player.

 

His goal is to help players better understand their role, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn game feedback into meaningful development.

Football coaching qualification focused on player development and the technical and tactical aspects of the game.

Scouting & Game Analysis

Qualified in analyzing individual and team performances to identify strengths, areas for development, tactical patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
